1. Service Description
Provisions
Delivery Tracker is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application designed for delivery couriers to record shifts, track earnings and costs, and review work statistics.
The service is intended for professional and personal administrative support only and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
2. Account Responsibility
Provisions
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed through your account.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
3. Subscription and Billing
Provisions
The service is offered on a monthly subscription basis with a 21-day free trial for eligible new users.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time, unless required by applicable law.
4. Data Responsibility Disclaimer
Provisions
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the data you enter into the service, including shift, financial, and tax-related information.
You remain responsible for meeting your legal and tax obligations toward authorities and third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
Provisions
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.
6. Termination
Provisions
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
The provider may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use of the service.
7. Governing Law
Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
